2009 July: Customers are asking do they have to upgrade their cordless cabinets to later gateway versions and the answer is a definate No!. We offer full support for their original cordless systems and expect to do so for 5-7 more years. A;; handsets and base station are also fully supported.

2009 July: We have expanded our Australia-wide support for cordless phones and cordless phone systems. We have added extra staff to our support team and support customers around Australia and in Middle East and Canada. Our support services commenced in 1989, and now we have thousands of happy customers.

2009, June: Presently we support customers with the following Handset models DT 410, DT420, DT401, DT430, 9d23, 9d24, Talker, Messenger, Protector, Office- M, Office-T , Dt 288, DT290, DT292, DT570, DT590, DT600, DT360, DT368 Thes handsets are typically installed on Ericsson or Ascom Cordless pHone systems and Radio Exchanges (all models including DCT1800S and DCT 1800 Gap)

2008, September: We have completed our project confirming capability to provide support for all organistions with cordless systems from the following manufacturers: Nira, Ascom, Ericsson ( these are fully identical and compatible in all ways with the Ericsson cordless system. We can provide all cards, cables, base stations and handsets. We also support Kirk telecom systems. Support is offered in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide Perth,Darwin, Hobart.

2008 July: Our aim is to support customers with Cordless Systems that are fully compatible such as Ericsson , Ascom and Integrated Wireless. We provide all cards and all components for these systems. There is no need to upgrade your systems since we have huge supplies of spare partts for these systems.

2008, May:CEBIT Australia Exhibition

We participated in CEBIT Australia Exhibition from the 20th-22nd May 2008. CeBIT Australia is Australasia's leading Information & Communications Technology (ICT) event for the business marketplace.
