2007, January: Wireless World 2007 Exhibition, held at the Sydney Exhibition Centre in Darling Harbour was Australia's biggest wireless, mobility and RFID event for businesses. The event was a resounding success for WWS International. We showcased a range of leading products and technologies and received a great deal of interest from business leaders in the industry.

2007, January: 2.4GHz and DECT phones lead the R&D agenda for most interviewed makers. The recent approval of the DECT standard in the United States in relation to a general reorganization of frequency bands in the country has given the DECT industry a major boost. click here for more

2006, November: Ericsson releases much anticipated DT422 cordless phone.

2006, June: Our expansion into the health sector is gaining in momentum with big new wins announced with both NSW and Queensland Hospitals. Wireless systems support is provided to more than 15 hospitals around the country.

2006, May: First in the world to integrate Bluetooth in DECT handsets for professional users.
We have launched the advanced Bluetooth functionality giving ease of use and great features. The feedback from customers has been "excellent".

2006, March: Ericsson targets Voice over IP in business wireless applications.
Voip using either dect or Vowlan protocols are assisting large and small businesses carry out their tasks.

2006, March: Increased personal safety and production efficiency
Our range of personal duress systems has been taken on by a national operator. Applications include duress, man-down and lone-worker protection. The range has recently increased to allow wide area duress applications.

2006, February: The mini-paccs duress system has been launched which adds enhanced features and functions to the Ericsson Wireless and cordless systems.

2004, October: Wide area location system market further developed.
